Job Title: HR Finance Manager
Location: Tampa, FL 33610
Expected Duration: 3 Months Contract with possible extension or permanent depending on performance of the candidate and client needs.
The Talent Acquisition Operations Finance Manager is a senior professional role responsible for providing management with an analysis and insight of Talent Acquisition (TA) financial results in coordination with the broader Finance team and regional TA partners. The overall objective is to contribute to directional strategy as well as utilize in-depth specialty knowledge to provide advice/counsel on the evaluation of financial reports of TA's current and projected performance.
Responsibilities :
* To support the annual budget process and monthly monitoring process including headcount tracking
* Work with Program Management team to track and report financials on investment programs, capitalization, depreciation and productivity
* Lead coordination of TA operational capacity planning and funding needs analysis
* Support QBR financial reporting processes and providing analytical input working with financial leads across each Region and the TA Strategy and Programs team centrally
* Provide Global data insights and analysis on financial trends across the Global TA function
* Partner with the Finance team to monitor budget against agreed plan and interpret data from the process to inform thinking on future management of budget and impact on operational capacity
* Create financial reports and meet with finance team to clearly summarize financial trends and provide insight to senior management
* Advise on directional strategy and provide guidance on significant business/product decisions
* Execute analysis of annual 3-year Strategic/Operating Plans, mid-year reforecasts, and bi-monthly outlooks in partnership with segment, business, and country FP&A teams.
* Prepare analytics in support of CEO Reviews, including business initiatives
* Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and senior management to influence behavior and decision making
* Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
* Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
* Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
* Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Company, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
* 6-10 years of relevant experience
* Advanced skills in excel and PowerPoint.
* Strong financial acumen and understanding of monthly FP&A process
* Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

Education:
* Bachelors degree/University degree or equivalent experience
* Masters degree preferred
