The Regional Training Manager will have leadership accountability for the Business Trainers supporting FIU. Training supported by this role includes New Hire Analyst and Quality Assurance Training, support and delivery of the FIU Career Development, Re-fresher (global and regional) and other required training. As availability allows, Trainers will also support some course development mainly through the adaption of existing materials with direct oversight from the Regional Training Manager. This position will report the status of regional training efforts to the Region and Training, support various audits/MCA and compliance testing. Based in the US and NAM Region, will manage global training projects and course development.Responsibilities:Function as single point of contact for all training and development needs of the site and the region. Training needs include new hire, business change and exempt development. This support will include course development to fulfil global and regional training needs of the internal stakeholders.Support execution of the ICRM Professional Development Training for managers and individual contributors. Ensure consistency in the delivery of programs developed for global delivery. Develop direct reports and evaluate their performance.Provide feedback regarding the curriculum developed.Support the regional training resources.Partner with the site, regional leadership and FIU to ensure strategic business goals and objectives are met.Identify issues and concerns about proposed strategies and propose appropriate solutions to resolve issues.Manage site and regional capacity and resources.Take a leadership role in the support of regional audits from a training perspective.Clarify and support the identification and delivery of all regional training requirements for the Regional Hub and Country Hubs.Support and manage multiple training projects, with cross-business, cross-functional or global impact. Develops and drives the overall strategy and project plan for all training related activities that support the business project; holds team members accountable for committed work and results.Displays solid knowledge of course content and materials.Assesses learning and development requirements for various populations and learning approach impacted by the project.Uses assessment tools to measure and analyse training results and identify gaps in learning to measure learning and recommend changes to curriculums and courses.Collaborates with key stakeholders to ensure new to role/onboarding success and to create individualized coaching plans that ensure new hire and incumbent success.Produce, maintain MIS reports and records for internal stakeholders; adhering to Record Management and internal documentation requirements.Influences decisions through advice, counsel, recommendation and research.Specific Areas of FocusSubject Matter expert in Corporate Training Design and Development.Working experience and/or develop and deliver training for Case Review and Investigations.Subject Matter expert designing training materials, creating curriculums, program evaluation.Qualifications:Experience designing training programs in a corporate environment. Delivery experience a plus.
