We are driven by a common purpose to make a positive impact for each other, our communities, and the environment.JOB SUMMARYAs a member of Jabil's Global Compensation Center of Excellence (COE) team the Senior Compensation Analyst will have primary responsibility for supporting the implementation and on-going management of global compensation market intelligence, including: coordinating annual compensation survey provider contracts/renewals, participating in the RFP, design and implementation of a global market data repository tool, supporting development of Jabil's market data strategy, and designing and implementing operational processes improvements and procedures, collaborating with Regional Compensation Partners to complete Jabil job matching and coordinating survey submissions, developing/updating Jabil's competitive salary ranges, and supporting compensation team partners as a market data subject matter expert.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESCoordinate the compensation survey provider contracting/contract renewal process (every 1-3 years).Participate in the development, implementation, and on-going management of the global Compensation survey participation strategy.Create, maintain and communicate global survey calendar.Partner with Compensation Partners to complete survey participation and submit to survey companies by required due dates.Serve as the point of contact for the Jabil compensation team for managing access to survey company data.Participate in the RFP, selection and implementation process for a global market data repository tool and supporting processes.Update and maintain the survey and Jabil job match data within the market data repository toolMarket price Jabil benchmark jobs and partner with Compensation Partners, develop, manage, update local salary ranges.Regularly review global geographic differentials and coordinate updates with Compensation Partners.Partner with HRIS and HRIT to implement Workday improvements/updates to support effective compensation management.Create reports, conduct complex analyses, develop and maintain compensation dashboardsIdentify opportunities for operational improvements, and partner with stakeholders to design and implement improvement strategies.Support the accurate and timely upload of data files into Compensation and HR Systems.Develop and deliver training guides, presentations, and standard operating procedures for key processes.Additional duties as assigned. JOB QUALIFICATIONSKNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS Knowledgeable of compensation fundamentals and market data and survey practices.Advanced proficiency in Windows-based applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) required.Ability to organize, test, compare and configure large sums of data in developing detailed compensation plans.Ability to communicate and present effectively to all levels in the organization, both verbally and in writing.Proficiency in English required. Superb, analytical, consulting and influencing skills, with a track record of identifying issues and formulating solutions Ability to read, analyze, interpret and communicate regarding common contracts, technical documentation, and legal documents.Must have excellent organization skills and demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and people. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.Ability to manage vendors & negotiate contracts and/or annual renewals Ability to solve practical/complex problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTSBachelor's Degree from an accredited university required. Degree in Human Resources, Finance/Accounting, Business Management or related field preferred.Compensation Certification a plus. Minimum of 5 years of direct compensation management work experience.
