Our client, a banking company, is seeking a Product Manager

Job Summary:
The incumbent will have oversight and experience working in a senior position within the solutions delivery functionality and is required to deem as a seasoned professional for this role. The position will have oversight to a global, continuity of business tool.
Job Responsibilities:
- Own the product roadmap, execute product strategy, Drive action throughout the organization to get product socialized, Identify process of product development through the entire deployment life cycle
- Understand changes to product that will impact reporting metrics across all LOBs and reporting teams
- Develops and considers all application testing schedules and release/patches deployment schedules to ensure no conflicts arise
- Writing requirements, scheduling deployments, understanding trouble issue tickets and escalation management
- Oversight and management of all help desk operations and employees
- Understanding product capabilities, prioritization of enhancements, technology scheduling for releases
- Experience in communicating product releases with insights on key differentiators and messes across multi lines of business
- Understanding of organizational learning and methodical transition to BAU process

- Monitoring, tracking, escalation, and reporting, of risks
- Manage product efficiency and user success - own the business case
- Manage all aspects of in-life product cycle management, including LOB feedback, requirements, and issues
- Represent the customer (be a proxy) within the development process
- Articulate the product vision, Maintain and prioritize the product backlog
- Participate in daily scrum meetings, planning, reviews and retrospectives
- Oversight of Product Development and enhancement initiatives, business analysis, planning, execution, and training
- Stand alone and interaction with other applications and environments
- Ongoing support Understands Business Requirements Documentation (BRD) development
- Partners with CSIS, GFT, CTI, interacting with products
- Product Manager leads the strategy, planning, delivery, marketing and in-life optimization of a product
- Ongoing user support across all time zones, Ongoing quality and functionality monitoring
- Program management at the strategic tactical and operational levels
- Product Management of Enterprise CoB Tools including help desk functions, requirements gathering and creation, testing, and production monitoring
- Interface with development teams on regular basis to communicate requirements, enhancements, and issues
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of relevant experience, including infrastructure technology
- 5-10 years experience in either risk, business continuity, business resiliency or crisis management
- Experience of technology project management, data modeling and workflow mapping
- 3+ years experience working with internal/external audit/regulatory groups is preferred
- Advanced project management, data analysis and reporting ability; with a good understanding of supporting technologies (applications, reporting tools, and data presentation)
- Experience in Continuity of Business (can be trained (a huge plus)
- People-focused attitude, with demonstrated positive relationship management and interpersonal skills with colleagues of all levels, background and across all teams
Education:
- Bachelors/University degree; Master’s degree preferred
- BA Professional Qualification
