LHH (Formerly Parker + Lynch) is currently seeking an Accounts Payable Manager for a full-time position in Tampa, Florida. This role is direct-hire and it gives you the opportunity to work in a company with a great cause. This person will manage a team of 5, report to the Controller, and will work ERP implementation as well as other duties related to the AP Management position. This role will be 3 days on-site, 2 days remote.
Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):
- Overseeing routine department activities to ensure that they are completed accurately and on time.
- Maintaining accurate and complete financial, employee, and client records.
- Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial information to management and government agencies.
- Setting and facilitating the achievement of department objectives.
- Developing, implementing, improving, and enforcing budgets, policies, and department controls to increase accuracy and efficiency.
- Building and maintaining relationships with employees, clients, vendors, and lenders.
Qualifications:
- Past supervisory experience
- Experience creating vendors and regularly communicating with vendors
- Mid-sized company experience
- Any type of analytics experience a plus
- NetSuite Oracle experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related area
