Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Develop an Enterprise IT strategy that supports our business growth and increase our effectiveness. The strategy will cover IT infrastructure, and end-user services
• Build strategic relationships across business lines; be an IT expert and change leader that can bridge technical and non-technical requirements, understand business goals, identify business process gaps and propose solutions
• Communicate the IT strategy to executive management, and key stakeholders across the company
• Execute on plans to deliver on the IT strategy: organizational structure, IT processes & policies, staffing plans, operational plans, third-party vendor relationships, capex/opex budget planning and management
• Manage a team of system administrators, application analysts, desktop support specialists
• Establish a reference enterprise architecture covering the IT infrastructure, IT systems and business solutions
• Responsible for the administration, maintenance, roadmap and implementation for the corporate infrastructure and business solutions
• Manage the Enterprise IT project portfolio
• Ensure excellent end-user services, on global basis
• Support Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity efforts by contributing to the development of Business Continuity Plan
• Responsible for all aspects of IT security, compliance, and risk management
• Work in collaboration with the Quality Management Department to implement solutions to support compliance to information security management (ISO 27001), applicable regulations and industry standards; lead significant improvement programs related to IT Compliance policy, process, and procedure
• Establish goals for IT department employees, develop their competencies and manage their performance on an ongoing basis. Offer employees ongoing support and coaching to maximize team engagement and performance
Requirements :
Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience in information technologies including five (5) years of management experience
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or Information Technology discipline
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with technical and non - technical staff across multiple disciplines and hierarchical levels within a company
• Broad experience in all aspects of IT: infrastructure & cloud services, business process automation, business solutions, end-user services
