A top, national plaintiff's firm is searching for an experienced Attorney to join their Transportation Team!
The right attorney will have compassion and understanding for the clients they are working with. Must be able to adhere to the firm's core values and have strong, long-lasting client relationships. This is a remote opportunity, the main office is located in Los Angeles, California.
Attorney Qualifications
• At least 7+ years of experience in transportation law, general liability and personal injury
• Ability to handle files from inception to trial
• Ability to draft complaints, motions, jury instructions, briefs
• Work with experts on case specifics
• Arguing motions in open court
• Preparing for and conducting lay and expert depositions
• Licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar
• Ability to develop litigation strategy in partnership with Senior Partners
• Civil Trial experience (First-Chair preferred)
• Ability to work independently and proactively while also being able to contribute to a team
