Responsibilities include negotiating and drafting a wide range of general commercial contracts, such as technology agreements, outsourcings, other services arrangements and other commercial contracts, for North America and Global enterprise use with a strong emphasis on intellectual property agreements, including software licenses and SaaS/Hosted/Cloud-based services.
Qualifications:

Juris Doctorate degree is required.
•
An active license to practice law in any US state is required.
•
5-7 years of proven general commercial transactional experience with an emphasis on intellectual property and technology transactions.
•
Strong drafting and negotiating skills.
•
Prefer experience in the financial services industry.
•
Prefer experience working in-house.
•
Prefer regulatory work and financial sector experience.
