Job Summary:
(Full-Time) 40 Hrs. per week plus
Our client is an industry leader in Western & Central New York State with an established & growing presence in the Tampa, Florida area. They provide topnotch experience that meets and exceeds all their customers heating and cooling needs. They are looking for a HVAC Installer / Technician to join the commercial team and undertake a variety of day-to-day functions. You will work with our Tampa-based Project Manager on a variety of jobs and can develop yourself into a Leader. The Tampa division currently has numerous jobs under contract and more contracts waiting to be signed if they find the right people to join their team. Job Responsibilities & Qualifications:
• 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience, preferably all with one or two companies.
• Assist our Project Manager and be able to work independently on various types of commercial HVAC installations.
• Able to read blueprints and hang ductwork.
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools to inspect, repair, and conduct maintenance on furnaces, coils, and condenser units etc.
• Converse with site engineers, other trades, and general contractors.
• Be able to think outside the box. Use logic and creativity to solve difficult problems and find effective solutions.
• Always maintain professional appearance and attitude.
• Have a clean driver’s license to operate company vehicles when necessary.
