ROLE SUMMARY:
Trulieve is currently searching for a Senior Director of IT Digital Workplace and Ops. The Senior Director of IT Ops main roles will to be an internal customer facing leader that can understand the vision of the Executive Team and customize sprint groups around fulfilling those goals or product needs. This role is responsible for the planning and execution of the product life cycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product wisdom, and working closely with product stakeholders and developers. They are responsible for coordinating and overseeing the development of new business products as assigned by the Executive Director of IT Infrastructure. This role will assist in the growth & portfolio planning vertical of the Digital Business Development team that will be responsible for developing a unified commercialization strategy and project prioritization framework while conforming to Lean Agile business practices in a highly regulated industry. This will include moving at a Startup pace while working to conform into Enterprise standards.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage diverse teams of varying levels of system and platform support specialists, project managers, business analyst, and SME's; Provide oversight for assigned areas of need
• Maintain and manage all cloud-based database systems, outside of SAP, and user access for all digital systems nationwide.
• Manage the Design, Development, and maintenance of corporate and department intranet pages, providing training and self-service opportunities where possible.
• Oversee the Asset management system and asset management team, providing KPI's and metrics to drive more informed decisions for the organization.
• Provide initial system assessments of M&A for migration into current systems.
• Provide leadership in the evaluation and management of CX and UX tools across multiple platforms.
• Provide innovative solutions for improving CX and UX with custom Ecomm modules and iframes.
• Provide innovative solutions to meet in store and facility display needs including marketing, retail and corporate communication needs.
• Consult with Executive leadership about project specifics and determine requirements, boundaries, and priorities.
• Oversee the creation of training materials and presentations related to specific product launches or educational campaigns to leadership groups.
• Collaborate with product vendors, architects, and business units to translate business requests into work items for the development teams to implement
• Manage the IT Logistics team, overseeing all purchase requests, IT procurement needs, shipping and receiving of IT equipment and imaging of all devices. Drives efficiencies through the utilization of technology and proper staffing.
• Oversee teams that will author and update internal and external policies and procedures; Provide insight to help assess governance and foster changes where necessary.
• Work with project managers, product owners, and technical leads to influence scope and priorities for product development.
• Effectively manage vendors to maximize value, re-align roadmaps and monitor relationships.
• Maintain an excellent understanding of the business' long-term goals and strategy and ensure that designs are aligned with these principles.
• Inspire and motivate the teams to deliver innovative and exciting solutions with a proper sense of urgency; Serve as mentor and coach to technical delivery staff. Provide effective employee performance management, providing constructive feedback and coaching for improvement.
• Promote knowledge sharing across product-development teams.
• Assume a leadership role in ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery of products through the entire application life cycle.
• Ensure a culture of design excellence, maturity, quality, collaboration, planning, and responsiveness in the teams under their direction
• Maintaining all Network engineering and security design oversight for all national facilities.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• BA/BS Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Ten or more years of progressive SaaS Product Management experience in industry leading environments
• 5 years of managing a team of direct reports
• Experience in Agile methodology with a documented CI/CD background
• Successful history of leading cross functional collaboration and driving multiple concurrent projects to success.
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multi-task, and work in a fast passed, ever-changing environment Individually motivated, does not need to be micro-managed.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 25lbs to a minimum height of 5 feet and able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance
• Must be able to work seated/standing as appropriate at workstations for extended periods of time, maintain body equilibrium while climbing ladders, stairways, stopping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching, and use hands/fingers to hold, grasp, turn, pick, pinch frequently/constantly to complete tasks
• Must be able to handle organic matter daily, able to wear PPE as appropriate (eye, face, hand, arm, head, foot, body, fall protection), and able to be exposed to hot, cold, wet, humid, or windy conditions while wearing PPE (95 degrees or greater)
• Must have visual acuity with/without job aids to perform activities such as; reading, viewing a computer terminal, visual inspection involving small parts/details. Clarity of vision at 20 ft or more in day and night/dark conditions
• Must be able to speak and communicate verbally at conversation levels with co-workers, vendors, etc. (Moderate noise)
WORK SCHEDULE:
• You will be scheduled by the business needs; all full-time employees are scheduled for 40hrs a week. Your supervisor will discuss the scheduling options. Information Technology is a 24/7, 365 days a year job, and this position will be responsible for responding as needed at any time.
