Title: Sourcer (USA)!!!
Location: Remote!
Duration: 1 year with high chance of extension (possible multi-year engagement)
Required Qualifications:
Responsibilities:
• Partner with Talent Acquisition Advisors to understand critical job requirements, create and implement candidate generation strategies and deliver the best candidates.
• Manage high-touch relationships with external candidates and partner with Talent Acquisition Advisors across multiple functions, locations, and business units.
• Proactively search external resume databases using Boolean search strings in a Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) environment, utilize job boards and other external search tools to identify hard to find talent.
• Represent the job requisition, related skills, hiring organization/program and compensation package to effectively pre-screen candidates and identify a qualified pool of candidates.
Required Experience:
• 3+ years’ experience as a sourcing specialist
• Experience sourcing for niche roles including (but not limited to) mechanics, digital, software development, and supply chain
• Strong, demonstratable experience working with Boolean search strings
• Experience sourcing candidates through a variety of job boards
• Experience working with an internal ATS
• Ability to connect with candidates and build relationships for open roles
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, self-starter attitude with drive to be successful
• Must have previous experience recruiting in a professional environment where they were required to communicate with both internal and external executives (verbal and written)
