Kforce has a client in Ruskin, FL that is seeking a Senior Accountant. The Senior Accountant helps make sure everything is done in a timely and accurate manner and assists the Branch Managers in controlling costs. They also close the month for each Branch and roll up to the Regional Finance Manager. Each Branch has a Branch Administrator that handles AR AP and Payroll and they upload into JDEdwards E1 system, and they also utilize TM1 for Budget Prep and Forecasting. They also utilize downloads from Salesforce.com for sales revenue bookings - three systems in all. Day to Day:
• The Senior Accountant will be helping close the books
• Auditing information AP, AR has put in
• Doing the accruals
• The Senior Accountant will also be consolidating all information for closing
• Experience with full cycle accounting - knowing how to close books either senior consultant or worked as an assistant controller
• Any type of Large ERP knowledge
• Heavy and hands on accrual knowledge
• Revenue Recognition, ASC 606
• Construction experience
• Candidates qualifying for this position will have similar experience along with the skills and abilities to perform the duties mentioned
• Any relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
