Job Description Tampa Law Firm has an opening for a Paralegal with Litigation experience. The area of law is litigation. Salary listed is a range and depends on experience. Firm also offers bonus and complete benefits package including bonus.  Possible Hybrid/remote opportunity to work from home a few days per week.
Duties Include
• Answering an propounding discovery
• Analyzing, organizing discovery documents
• Drafting pleadings, motions, orders
• Summarizing medical records and other records involved in a matter
• Working with experts
• Preparing attorneys for hearings, depositions and trials
