Typical duties Legal Assistant
* Prepare, edit and finalize pleadings, notices, memorandums and correspondence
* Communicating with adjustors, opposing counsel, witnesses and experts
* Scheduling hearings, depositions, and trials
* Managing calendar for deadlines and events
* Managing case file electronically
* Assisting with preparing attorney for hearings, depositions and trials
* Making travel arrangements
* Other legal administrative tasks
