RESPONSIBILITIES:
A Kforce client is seeking to hire a Warehouse and Shipping Associate in Tampa, Florida (FL). Responsibilities include:
• A Warehouse and Shipping Associate will pick, verify, and assemble orders and prepare goods for shipments
• Annotate item and shipping information to include weight, charges, and other information as necessary
• The Warehouse and Shipping Associate will receive incoming products, verify quantities, contents, and conditions; Prepare receiving paperwork
• Re-stock items as required
• A Warehouse and Shipping Associate will perform routine cycle inventory counts or other physical inventory counts
• General housekeeping, maintenance and organization of the warehouse loading dock and inventory areas, stocking and maintaining packaging and shipping supplies
Job Requirements:
REQUIREMENTS:
• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Must be driven and a self-motivated person with very strong work ethic
• Ability to effectively organize, prioritize, time manage workload and demonstrate flexibility with managing multiple priorities
• Ability to operate product handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks and manually lift to 75 pounds
• Previous shipping/receiving or equivalent logistics experience preferred
