2-6 Years of Experience in Recruitment, specially Sourcing on IT related roles.
Strong proven background in Sourcing and Staffing W2 resources.
Experience working for or supporting financial services clients in the past is highly preferred.
Hands-on Sourcing experience on a variety of Technology roles like Software Developers - Java, .Net, Infrastructure - Windows and Linux admins, Project Management and Business Analysts, Data Scientists/Machine Learning, AWS Cloud and Information/Cyber Security etc.
Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, equally responsible and result-oriented.
Must have good communication skills both Written and Verbal.
Note: Full Time Permanent Role, can work from home REMOTELY. Must be located in Tampa, Florida.
Job Requirements:
We are looking for Technical Recruiters who have extensive experience in end-to-end recruitment cycle.
Will be responsible for all aspects of recruitment including Sourcing, Screening and thoroughly qualify and proactively pipeline potential candidates for current and upcoming positions..
Review and understand the job description, execute a Boolean search string for identifying potential candidates.
Source candidates using multiple channels like job portals, internal database, Monster, Dice, Carrier Builder, Indeed and LinkedIn etc.
Build strong relationship & credibility with potential candidates.
Follow up with potential candidates on a regular basis and keep them posted regarding the status of their application.
