DescriptionDex Imaging is a leading provider of document handling equipment and services with multiple offices and locations throughout the United States. We are looking for a Recruiting Manager to be responsible for recruitment, orientation, and placement of employees. This role will also ensure the company complies with all relevant laws regarding employment. The goal is to ensure the company's staffing requirements are always met and employees have a positive onboarding experience.Duties and ResponsibilitiesOversee all staffing needs and operations of the companySupport candidate screening and hiring processesLead a team of Recruiters through coaching, and supporting them in reaching hiring goalsBuild business relationships and implement several projectsEnsure compliance with internal and external policies and regulators Coach your team in ATS operations, data and processes; and the soft skills of talent evaluation and interviews-all to equip each team member to be successfulPartner with our recruitment team and recruitment agencies and vendors to help improve applicant volume when neededOwnership of ATS, including upgrades and changes to the toolPrepare and submit reports on staffing operationsUp to 20% travel to branches Other duties as assignedExperience and Qualifications3 - 5 years' experience in recruiting; BA or BS a plus.2+ years of experience managing a team within recruitment or human resourcesExperience in planning and execution of HR plans (onboarding, hiring, etc.)Experience presenting hiring information, opportunities for improvement, difficult messages and different projects to hiring managers and senior managementExperience recruiting in applicant tracking systems (ATS)Goal / Results oriented - ability to set high goals and achieve results.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proven continuous improvement and problem-solving skill setMust be data/metrics focused and results-driven with the proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.Change-ready with a "forward thinking radar" to anticipate opportunities and challenges and adapt and flex as necessary.Excellent teamwork and communication skills, including proven ability to work effectively in a matrix environment.Solid knowledge of relevant legal regulators (equal employment opportunity, relocation, laws) Reliable with respect to confidentialityDex BenefitsAfter 90 days, accrue paid time offAfter 60 days, eligible for 401K, health benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision & Life)Paid holidaysProfit Sharing eligibility after 1 year
