Family First Homecare is looking for a Manager for our Clinical Field Recruiting Team. The Manager has responsibility for the performance and results of the Clinical Field Recruitment Team that is focused on hiring clinicians to service the pediatric clients and families who count on us.This role is critical to the growth and success of Family First. The Manager will oversee the performance of the team's efforts in support of their respective locations/territories. The Manager will work closely with operational leaders to drive efficiency and speed in the hiring, onboarding, and utilization of all new clinical field team members through data while maintaining the quality of hires. The manager will also be responsible for building field staff recruitment strategies in new markets, for both organic growth and M expansion. We want to get our patients, families and nurses home and keep them home. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Accountable for the clinical field recruitment team's performance to company goals.Assists in the development and manages the team's activity, KPI's, weekly and monthly goalsAcquires and analyzes weekly and monthly activity reporting and data from the Applicant Tracking System and other operational systems. Uses this data to develop market strategies to attract qualified candidates. Reports out to the VP, HR on appropriate recruiting metrics and makes decisions regarding resource utilization and allocation based on performance of those resources.Sets team SLAs and holds the team accountable to meeting those established SLAs.Assesses applicant tracking processes for improvement opportunities. Participate in weekly recruiting meeting with branch and operational leaders to discuss needs and identify areas of improvement. Keeps lines of communication open, executes weekly, structured meetings with Directors of Operations and Nursing, and with operations hiring managers to maximize effectiveness of recruitment process. Approaches team goal accomplishment through creative and innovative approaches. Partners with the Director, Talent Acquisition on optimizing job postings, job boards, SEO and social media usage to increase applicant flow. Will perform assessments (competitive, compensation etc.)of new markets and utilize results to understand strategic operational hiring demands and recruiting demands to establish a strategic approach to clinical field hiring to meet organizational goals. Will assess placement of job advertisements and leveraging of FFHC brand to increase candidate flow.Will identifying when an additional recruiter is needed for company and market growth.Maintains strong understanding of the company's organization structure, personnel policies, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices and be able to communicate necessary information to candidates. Attends career fairs for recruiting and company visibilityOther duties and projects as assigned Minimum Requirements:Undergraduate with a business or healthcare focus and/or equivalent experienceMinimum 2 years' experience in recruiting, proven record of success in high volume recruiting. Approaches recruiting with a sales and data driven mentality. Advanced skills in reporting, data analytics, process improvement, statistics, data miningAnalytical by nature with an ability to use performance indicators, spreadsheets, and other relevant information to effectively analyze data and make sound business recommendationsThorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulationsExhibits high level of business acumen, action orientation, teamwork, and decision qualityPerforms at a level of exceeding expectations, exhibits sound judgment and proactive approach, and consistently maintains high levels of productivity and attention to detailExcellent cross-functional collaboration, organizational, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills. Able to build, communicate and execute a plan while getting buy in.Must be able to be highly motivational while holding team accountableMust be highly self-motivated.
