RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is looking for Practice Directors. Qualified candidates will be providing engineering and solution design and implementation oversight for Advanced Service and Technology solutions; overseeing a service area and leading initiatives for a digital transformation journey with a focus in areas such as application development/implementation, business process design, user experience, change management and journey mapping using ServiceNow, Salesforce, Power BI, SAFe, UAT, Agile and Waterfall solutions; engaging with stakeholders to understand their unique needs and collaborating with team partners to design the most optimal solutions to meet those needs in alignment with at least one transformation capability, such as business modernization, digital and Agile/Dev Ops transformation; creating a highly efficient shared services model which unifies the business analysis (BA) and user acceptance testing (UAT) while creating synergies in the Agile and Waterfall frameworks; leveraging Power BI for data visualization, planning and forecasting to facilitate analysis and discussion with business partners and senior management; leading and/or participating in proposal development and participating in closing activities; creating development strategies for Advanced Services; providing implementation and management oversight of the delivery of services including, but not limited to performance management, service level agreement compliance, service metrics, quality control, security compliance, reporting and continuous improvement; developing and managing tools, processes and procedures to actively monitor and represent delivery metrics using Oracle Sales and Service Cloud, Oracle SaaS, Power BI, Tableau; continually identifying and recommending improvements to become more productive and scalable; coordinating and approving business requirements; defining the scope, objective and deliverables of the project.

Requirements: Master's Degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Information Technology or Engineering and three years' experience in position or three years' experience in IT Management field (or Bachelor's Degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Information Technology or Engineering and five years' experience). Special requirements: Experience with ServiceNow, Salesforce, Power BI, SAFe, UAT, Agile and Waterfall. Travel to various unanticipated client sites required.
