Validus Senior Living is continuing to grow and as a part of this growth, we are seeking a Human Resources Manager, to be based out of our Community Support Center in Tampa, FL.The Human Resources Manager performs all corporate human resources functions related to, but not limited to,benefits, employee relations, regulatory and legal compliance,retention, compensation, and record-keeping. This position reports to the VP of Associate Strategy.Responsibilities of this position:Lead key Human Resources implementation initiativesOversee communication of associate benefits programsWorks in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team on recruitment and onboarding strategiesPolicy Management: including administering/interpreting company policies; Assistingin personnel and employment law compliance related investigations and hearingsPerformance Management: Participates in the system management of annual performance reviews and merit increasesAssociate Programs: including administering the annual Benefits Open Enrollment Process, associate surveys, and answering any general HR questionsAssociate Training & Development: assist with evaluating the new associate orientation sessions and other HR related management development training sessionsAssociate Relations: Develops and implements effective Positive Associate Relations programs. Associate event planning and administration of Rewards & RecognitionReport generation with utilization of payroll software to report and analyze HR metrics identifying key trends and the ability to recommend improvementsAdministration: track headcount and turnover, exit interview process, attendance tracking, coordinating/reporting associate status transactions and invoice processingAssist and support all HR activities/duties as neededOther duties as assignedThe ideal candidate will possess:Bachelor's Degree related to, or applicable to, Human ResourcesPreferablya professionalHuman Resources program certificationAt least 3 years of corporate Human Resources experience, with demonstrated knowledge of compensation, benefits, and a HRIS systemExperience in a senior living or healthcare environment preferredProficiency in Human Resources laws and ethicsAbility to satisfy background screening requirementsExceptional communication skills, both written and verbalExcellent organizational and time management skillsIntermediate level of computer and technology competency, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and other Microsoft Windows applications
