Job Description
*BAKER*Works directly with management and staff to ensure that products are prepared according to restaurant specifications.*Main function*- Prepare all products according to recipes specifications.*Reports to*: Kitchen Manager and General ManagerJob Tasks* Measure and combine ingredients using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make baked goods.* Clean and restock workstations and ensure that all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift.* Consistently prepare high quality food and follow all company recipes and specifications.* Use the production list provided by the kitchen manager or chef.* Comply with all recipes, portion sizes, quality standards, department rules, polices and procedures.* Use kitchen utensils, knives, and equipment safely and in a responsible manner.Job Requirements* High school diploma or GED.* Must be 18 years of age or older.* Courteous, friendly and professional demeanor.* Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged period.* Be able to lift 50 pounds.* Reliable transportation.* Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.* Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures._\*\*\* Responsibilities will change according to location.
