Are you obsessed with ecommerce and the exploding online marketplace? Are you determined to personally affect the trajectory and strategy of online purchasing trends? If so, you may be our next Senior Product Manager. We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented product manager who wants to execute against an evolving product strategy, and influence the direction of individual product features and integrations as well as our overall product strategy.You will work closely with our VP of Product to build out interconnected and detailed product roadmaps across a number of product lines. You will also mentor and lead through example a team of dedicated product managers by establishing and following best practice in the realm of SWOT analysis, goal setting, market research, customer interactions, and ownership and accountability. You will also be a key part of defining our future state for our world-class sales team.Who We Are:sticky.io is an integrated e-commerce order management and recurring billing platform that plugs seamlessly into any front-end experience. Brands using sticky.io have a holistic view of customers, allowing for more personalization and easy optimization, operational efficiency, and the ability to accelerate their speed to market.ResponsibilitiesDeliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification and revenue estimations/projectionsRun beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samplesReport on, and execute against Agile metrics and KPIs to ensure on-time delivery of featuresBe an expert with respect to the competitionConnect product needs to code, ensuring that each engineer understands how their contributions connect to the sticky.io platform and our merchantsEncourage and model a performance-driven culture that emphasizes execution while encouraging creativity, passion, and a commitment to a shared company visionRequirementsSeasoned Product Manager: 5+ years as product manager or higher role in a product group of at least 4 product managers.E-Commerce Experience: You have demonstrable experience working in e-commerce, especially in the areas of payments, billing, fulfillment, order management, and partner integrations.Agile Expertise: You are not only familiar with Agile practices (SCRUM and Kanban in particular), but you have led multiple teams as a Product Manager, or served as a Product Owner, SCRUM master, or other Agile role in your career for engineering or product teams.Exceptional Written Skills: If you don't write it down, it doesn't exist for the purposes of sticky.io. You must be able to use everything from email to Google documents to product tools like Aha!, Asana, and Jira to capture requirements, insights, plans, and goals.Problem-Solving Skills: You can think both creatively and logically, and depend on data to inform your decisions. You have great instincts but don't make decisions based on instinct alone. You can also explain your decision-making process to your peers and team.Willingness to Travel: Remote employees must be willing to travel at least one week of every month to our local offices in Tampa, FL, and San Francisco, CA. Employees local to Florida will be expected to work in office at least 3 days a week when a full office return is in effect.Attention to Detail: You don't have to delegate the details. You're comfortable getting into little areas of concern and consistently ensuring correctness and accuracy, and can demonstrate this to other engineers and managers.Additional Desired QualitiesBigCommerce and/or Shopify experience: We have and will continue to significantly invest in our integrations with BigCommerce and Shopify. Experience with these products is key to our success.Agile Certification: You have achieved the Certified Scrum Master, Certified Product Owner, or similar certifications from Scrum Alliance or an equivalent certifying organization.Jira expertise: Our engineering teams use Jira exclusively, and you will need to interact with tickets, build dashboards, modify workflows, and generally bend Jira to your will to support the information output and reporting critical to a fast-moving product organization.SAFe experience: While we do not currently use the SAFe methodology, it is likely we will employ at least parts of that in late 2021 and through 2022.
