As a BDR, you'll be responsible for conducting in-depth market research to identify companies comprising the total addressable marketplace for events in the Human Resources sector. Your work will also be comprised of identifying timely "hooks" that will communicated to prospects via social selling strategies. Finally, as you continue your onboarding and development you'll shadow successful sponsorship sales representatives and learn the strategies and tactics employed to negotiate, sell and execute large sponsorship packages.

· Experience in social selling

· Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality results.

· A strong communicator who is looking to grow their network of C-level executives to create a Community Driven approach to engage and retain a portfolio of clients.
Your Experience:
· Minimum 3 to 5 years of business development and/or sales experience;
· Demonstrated ability to identify potential high-value sales deals and meet sales deadlines and quotas, preferably in a business-to-business or solution selling environment.
· An understanding and ability to keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge.
