Summary:

We are seeking motivated professionals to help drive operational excellence in the Retirement & Income Solutions (RIS) organization of Global Technology and Operations (GTO).In this role you will manage a team of analysts and administrators that perform pension benefit calculations. This can include providing day to day client services and administrative support to customers, responding to client requests, performing complex calculations in an accurate and timely manner, and preparing reports and analytical documents for internal and external customers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of benefit calculation analysts and administrators
• Perform reviews of complex benefit calculations
• Manage multiple projects effectively
• Ensure associates are fully trained
• Develop and ensure teams use standard repeatable business processes
• Maintain high standards of accuracy and data integrity
• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external clients, customers, and business partners
• Translate senior management vision and assists with developing the department’s vision, strategy, service levels, and business objectives. Communicates vision and strategy to staff
• Propose, evaluate and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
• Partner with other operational areas to build strong working relations and improve workflow and organizational issues
• Ensure all internal and external audits have been fully coordinated and thoroughly addressed within their specified timeframes
• Perform other duties as assigned or required.
Required Skills and Competencies:
• Strong planning, tactical, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
• Demonstrated leadership skills, business acumen, project management
• Able to manage organizational change
• Proficient oral and written communication skills
• Able to delegate effectively
• Knowledge of Pension Annuity products
Preferred Experience and Education:
• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
• 6-10 years of related experience
• 2-5 years of supervisory experience
