VP Finance Refill and Filtration

As Vice President Finance Refill and Filtration for Primo Water (PW), you will be partnering with the Vice President of Refill and Filtration and SVP Operating Finance to scale and improve operational capabilities across our Refill and Filtration businesses, assess and manage risks, collaborate on executive decisions about the company's direction, and drive its business objectives forward.
Reporting directly to the SVP Operating Finance and strongly partnering with the VP of Refill and Filtration, the Vice President Finance Refill and Filtration will be an effective "people" manager and problem-solver and will be able to develop, promote and execute the strategic initiatives of the Company. We are looking for an exceptional individual of the highest caliber who will be a key player in our continued success trajectory.
Partnering with the VP of Refill and Filtration to plan and directs all aspects of Refill and Filtration's operational strategies, objectives, initiatives, and processes while developing strategies to attain short-term and long-term financial and operational goals and future growth . The Vice President Finance Refill and Filtration will possess excellent leadership skills, business acumen, financial acumen, and the ability to develop strategic plans and innovation for growth.
Responsibilities
1 Refill and Filtration operations leadership and oversight
• Oversee Refill and Filtration finance
• Incorporate and adopt best in class process improvements to key finance functions
• Establish clear metrics and scorecards for performance and drive accountability towards those goals
• Manage any barriers to effective collaboration and enable cross-functional problem-solving
• Assess and transform independent operating units to scale a best-in-class global operation
• Solve complex and impactful problems
• Implement, efficient and scalable finance processes to take the company to its next level
• Utilize KPI tools to identify, scope and implement processes, technologies, and systems to continuously improve product and service quality as well as operational effectiveness and efficiency
2 Top team effectiveness and accountability for strategy execution
• Partner with the VP of Refill and Filtration and SVP Operating Finance on implementation of long-term strategy
• Design, recommend and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
• Provide successful leadership and positive associate relations through effective communication, coaching, training and development
• Ensure that there is robust succession planning to retain and develop talent and create a more diverse workforce and equitable workplace
3 Sound risk and financial management
• Utilize KPIs to monitor, adjust, reward, and optimize Company performance
• Develop and execute annual operating plans and budgets
• Identify, communicate and drive implementations of capital investments and improvement projects
Requirements
• Proven experience as in a senior finance management role within a multicultural organization
• Strategic vision and agility with the ability to think strategically, anticipate future consequences and trends, and incorporate them into the organizational plan
• Ability to craft, implement, and build support for a strategic vision that focuses on key priorities
• Demonstrated excellence in leadership, teamwork and collaboration
