Description
• The Senior Technology Leader Professional is responsible for all aspects of software or hardware product delivery and performance.
• The Senior Technology Leader Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Responsibilities
• We're looking for someone who craves new challenges and solves hard customer problems using the latest in software technology that improve people's lives.
• In this role, you will directly work with key client stakeholders to define the business problem and determine solution requirements.
• You'll be part of a dynamic agile team to architect implement, test and continuously deliver new features and products to our customers.
• The Senior Technology Leader Professional works with design engineering and test team to drive products from design completion to volume production release.
• Performs various engineering tests to verify and validate product designs. Supports product evaluation and qualification on leading edge technology components.
• Ensures that production schedules are followed, and product(s) meet specifications and quality requirements.
Responsibilities
• Senior Technical Lead - .NET
• Will be responsible for driving Product Design, Creation, Delivery, and all aspects of technical support, including performance, for the applications that utilize Microsoft .NET and related technology stack (C#, .NET, SQL, .NET CORE, REST APIs)
• Expected to work closely with Business Customers, Architects, Engineers/Developers, Testers, and other key stake holders to complete projects on schedule and with quality
• Must provide guidance and necessary directions to the engineering and testing teams on all technical aspects, processes, and standards
• Provide inputs to leadership for technology solution assessments, strategy planning and/or to support special initiatives from time to time
• Lead the technology lifecycle management for the applications responsible for to ensure compliance with the enterprise guidelines
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or any STEM field of study
• 10 or more years of full SDLC experience in .NET and relevant technologies in a large IT Organization
• 7 or more years of technical experience as a full stack lead/engineer
• Experience with technology solutions assessments, effort/timeline estimates, and/or strategy planning oversight
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across varying levels of personnel
• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
• Cloud Experience - Azure
• Exposure to Azure DevOps, CI/CD Pipelines, Agile Scrum Process
Technical Skills Required
• Microsoft .NET, .NET core, MVC, ASP.NET
• AngularJS, AJAX, HTML5, CSS3, XML, JSON, jQuery and JavaScript. -WCF, LINQ and the Entity Framework
• Test Automation tools
• CI CD tools knowledge - TFS and GIT
• Microsoft TFS
• Microsoft SQL server (SSIS, SQL, T-SQL)
• Knowledge of object programming and software design patterns such as MVC, MVP, Singleton, and factory
• Building Application Integrations using REST and SOAP web services is a plus. (micro services, API and messaging patterns)
• Microsoft Visio and case ware diagraming tools
• Healthcare/EDI knowledge will be advantage
• Angular knowledge is must
• Knowledge about AllScript OR Touchworks OR AllScript developer API will be advantage
• Microsoft C# 6.0 and above (out of 10)
• MVC (.net and .net core) (out of 10)
• ASP.NET REST (out of 10)
• Microsoft SQL 2016 and above (out of 10)
• Micro Services/REST APIs (out of 10)
