Titan Plumbing and Electric is currently hiring for a full-time Customer Service Representative / Scheduler to communicate effectively with both our clients and technicians in the Tampa, FL area. This Scheduler position earns a competitive wage of $18-$20/hour, depending on experience.

DAY-TO-DAY
This position works a full-time schedule of Monday-Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
In this role, you provide impeccable customer service to our clients and a welcoming first impression when they reach out to schedule plumbing and electrical services. Using your thorough knowledge of our services, you confidently answer client questions and schedule our technicians accordingly. When dispatching our technicians, you accurately relay any needed information.
Using your organizational skills, you easily locate work orders, customer requests, service charges, and well-written project notes. You stay on top of our billing needs by following up with commercial customers for payment. You thrive in this fast-paced environment and enjoy bringing order and efficiency to our busy office!

REQUIREMENTS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE / SCHEDULER
• 3 years of customer service experience (preferably in the skilled trade industry)
• 1 year of plumbing or electrical knowledge
• Ability to use the system Service Fusion
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills
Scheduler experience is preferred but not needed, we will train the right candidate!
