CSL Mission
Community Store Leaders (CSL’s) are the connectors for our growing health and wellness community, both within and outside of their stores. They continually build new relationships and reinforce existing ones on our shop floor, all while being both aspirational and contagious with their energy and passion to Do More every day.
As the Store Manager you are accountable for the day-to-day retail operations and play a vital role in the overall leadership and development of your wellness team by creating a positive work experience, embodying the Fitlife Way, exceptional customer service, and driving sales. Every day you can use your personality and energy to create a fun, upbeat environment, where people want to work, customers want to shop, and clients can make a change in their lives.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Be 100% customer focused by listening, being the first to model relationship and sales building behaviors with the team, answering questions, and being knowledgeable about Fitlife products and services.
• Use your attention to detail to ensure store team members and touchpoints have an “opening day” look and feel every day.
• Manage store financials with a profit and loss statement to meet monthly targets. Analyze weekly and period sales data to manage performance to drive results, achieve goals, and grow the business.
• Lead community activities within the store and the community to build a rapport with prospective customers and influencers, community businesses, and most importantly trainers to continue to build the business.
• Persistently manage an omni channel business, which includes in store retail sales, delivery growth around the store, corporate sales, and Project U wellness coaching.
• Demonstrate leadership and the ability to continually recruit, hire, build, and coach a successful team of five to six people with tools like the Predictive Index. Optimize the team for success and have a will to win!
What A Successful CSL Brings to the Table
• High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Problem solving skills, responsible, dependable, team player who has a will to win
• 2 years’ experience in sales or hospitality including understanding the mechanics of a profit and loss statement and building a team
• Casual dining front of the house management and / or health and fitness sales background a plus
• Action oriented. They take initiative to get things done without having to be told
• Confidence and always takes first step meeting new people and engaging customers
• High energy, contagious and enjoys helping others meet their goals
• A passion for health and fitness
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to multi-task, highly organized with excellent follow-up skills
• A competitive spirit including a passion to grow the business and be rewarded for meeting individual and team sales goals.
