As an Administration Assistant , you will support the administrative responsibilities of a building materials distribution center. This part time position is 20-25 hours a week and designed to develop a valued technical expert, who is recognized and supported by management in a stable work environment and can deliver quality work by consistently using established guidelines & procedures.
Responsibilities:
· Oversee clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending mail.
· Answer phones and greet visitors.
· Manage & organize the flow of business documentation such as customer & vendor invoices.
· Prepare communications and send out such as proof of deliveries and statements.
· Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
· Follow established guidelines, structure, and policies, while working with and for others.
