Responsibilities: The Staff Accountant will provide assistance to the Finance Department to support our clinics.  The Staff Accountant will have interaction with clinics and vendors in multiple locations, so strong communication skills are a must.  This position is located at our corporate office in Tampa (Carrollwood), FL.  This is NOT a remote position. Prepare and post journal entries for multiple locations.Prepare monthly reconciliation of balance sheet accounts including documentation to support the balances.Assist the team with the month end close process.Reconcile credit card accounts daily and monthly.Reconcile employee mileage and expense reimbursements.Knowledge of accounting functions and related internal controls, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets, and inventory.Work in collaboration with the finance team, other departments, and clinics to ensure department and organizational goals and objectives are met.Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred.2-4 years of Staff Accounting experience.Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus.Ability to thrive in a high growth, constantly evolving environment.Must be organized, detail-orientated and proficient in accounting software.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with heavy use of advanced Excel tools.Planning, organization, critical thinking, and decision-making skills pertaining to accounting.We Offer:Competitive compensation packageHealth, vision and dental benefits401K planLife insurance (100% company paid)PTO and paid holidays #HP
