Senior Talent Acquisition Sourcer
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Sourcer on our specialty recruiting team, you'll support areas such as our marketing, territory sales and/or finance business partners and be considered a subject matter expert in finding and engaging talent for a variety of individual contributor and leadership roles. You'll partner with recruiters and business leaders to create and implement effective sourcing strategies for current and future hiring needs for challenging roles and/or challenging markets. This role will conduct outreach, thoroughly screen and assess job fit and present candidates to the recruiter and hiring manager. Remote work allowed.
Must-have qualifications
• Bachelor's degree and minimum of four years of recruiting/talent acquisition or functional HR experience
• In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, a minimum of six years recruiting/talent acquisition or functional HR experience
Preferred skills
• Significant experience with leading edge external sourcing tools and techniques (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, ZipRecruiter)
• Boolean search knowledge to create complex search strings to source hard to find talent
• Experience researching market trends and sourcing opportunities to create and execute effective strategic sourcing plans
• Demonstrated experience as a brand ambassador who finds, connects and engages with scarce and/or highly specialized talent
• Experience building future fit pipelines of talent by networking, building relationships and promoting our employment brand
Compensation
• $66,300 - $88,400/year
• Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
