Grow your career as a Business Data Analyst with an innovative global bank in Tampa, FL. Long-term contract with excellent growth potential. Will be required to be onsite 2-3 days per week. Will be responsible for collection, verification and analysis/reporting of real estate, headcount forecasting, and associated desktop equipment efforts.
Responsibilities:
•
Assist in preparation of reporting, scorecards and data collection templates.
•
Coordinate timely collection and verification of reports and artifacts.
•
Analyze data and compile required metrics including trend analysis.
•
Prepare global space listing reports for distribution to internal clients.
•
Facilitate internal real estate related moves, adds and changes.
•
Provide support for on-going maintenance and management of data on SharePoint Online, Teams and OneDrive.
Qualifications:
•
Minimum BS/BA degree is required.
•
3+ years of development experience including analytical skills to recognize trends and anomalies.
•
High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
