Job Description:
One of largest clients in Accounting (one of the large 4)is searching for a Leading and Development Tier 2 Specialist . The job is not just limited as its title. Your exceptional analyzing, designing, developing, delivering, and assessing learning solutions skills will find a great match. You will fully engage learners and enhance their job performance through application of the Systematic Instructional Design model. Please be exceptional at analyzing, designing, developing, delivering, and assessing learning solutions. Must possess a passion for learning, new ideas, and excellence. Should be highly innovative, self-motivated, and results-oriented. You will plan and monitor the effectiveness of training activities to ensure that personnel are educated on the Core Platform System and other ancillary Operation's Software of the Credit Union. You will monitor current training programs to ensure that they are appropriate and effective. You must have yr instructional design and project management, a client service mindset and can manage multiple assignments. Must be experience in EXCEL, Power Bi/ Tableau.
What you•ll need
•   1 year instructional design (including design thinking) and Project Management (both waterfall and agile) experience - specifically for Virtual Classroom/Conference.
•   Client service mindset, working knowledge of Goggle tools, and ability to analyze data and communicate data insights to drive decision making leveraging market leading wrangling (e.g. Excel/Ultrix, etc) and visualization tools (e.g. Power BI/Tableau, etc.)
•   Can manage multiple assignments and priorities. experience working in or using an LMS, cornerstone preferred, but not required.
•   Understanding of learning solutions/methods including instructional design, learning objectives, major educational technologies (e.g. virtual classroom) and adult learning theory; and,.
•   Displaying and continuously developing project management and instructional design skills, business contexts and learning needs of a professional services firm and NASBA and AICPA CPE requirements and the impact on business.
•   Knowledge of Accessibility standards and requirements
