Job Description The Driver Check-In Representative position will perform the following duties:
• Meets with Delivery Drivers upon return to the facility after their daily routes.
• Inspects all returning product from daily deliveries and shuttle returns.
• Verifies returned goods and damaged product with scanner generated print out sheets.
• Makes decisions about the disposition of returned goods.
• Re-enters goods into inventory.
• Checks Delivery Driver route tickets, customer orders and prepare for operations.
• Maintains accurate records of returns.
• Processes credits from electronic invoices and other documents on a daily basis.
• Receives Delivery Drivers' receipts of the day 's customer deliveries.
• Files Invoices and other documents on a daily basis.
• Communicates related matters and issues with the Inventory Control department and Transportation department as necessary.
• Maintains the driver Check-In area to assure cleanliness and sanitation.
• Performs other duties as assigned per business needs.
This position will work second shift which is generally 2:00PM - 10:30PM, may vary.

Required Qualifications • High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Minimum of 6 months Warehouse/Distribution experience including selection, forklift, receiving or related duties
• Able to work in multi-temperature work environment (dry/cooler/freezer)
• Basic computer skills including MS Office (Outlook and excel)
Preferred Qualifications • Foodservice Distribution experience
• Electric Pallet Jack experience
