BayCare Health Systems is currentlyseeking an experienced RN to join our outstanding and compassionate NICUTeam. Our 64-bed NICU provides the highestlevel of care as designated by the American Academy of Pediatrics. A Level IVNICU can provide the most complex level of neonatal care including surgicalrepair of congenital or acquired conditions and immediate on-site access topediatric medical and surgical subspecialists and pediatric anesthesiologists.A highly skilled and experienced nursing team and physicians board-certified inneonatology provide care around the clock 24/7 for premature newborns and thoseborn with conditions requiring special care.
The Clinical Nurse II:
Independently cares for a group ofpatients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards.
Delegates appropriate patient careactivities to other members of the health care team.
Is responsible for professionalaccountability and development.
The CN II performs the role of preceptorand charge nurse when assigned.
Additional responsibilities at the Statewide Inpatient PsychiatricProgram for Children (SIPP) only:
Direct contact with the child and hasprimary responsibility for providing personal care, assistance, and supervisionto a child.
For this position, we are looking for a RN with a backgroundworking in a NICU.
