We are seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator for a contract to hire opportunity. Qualified candidates must have prior experience processing accounts payable. The salary for this role is $17/hr.
Job Responsibilities:
• Enter invoices and purchase orders into computer and schedule for payment
• Review for allow ability to bill
• Produce an invoice to be submitted to the State for payment
• Research past-due invoices
Job Qualifications:
• Experience working in accounts payable
• Basic proficiency using Microsoft Office products
• High school diploma or general education degree
• Strong organization skills and attention to details
