Job Summary:
The Graphic Designer – Partnership Development position requires creativity, strong drive, attention to detail and the ability to work well in a team environment. This position works closely with Partnership Development and Activation team members and must be able to collaborate on projects, take direction and manage workload in a timely manner. The primary responsibility of this position is creating sponsorship proposal decks and therefore focuses heavily on InDesign and photoshop skills. The ideal candidate would demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects from inception to completion in a fast-paced environment and have a working knowledge of sports partnerships and activation platforms.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
•    Design Partnership Development proposals and recaps as primary design role
•    Work closely with Partnership Development & Activation team throughout proposal creating process from beginning of proposal drafts to final printing
•    Ability to write copy; precise proofing of all materials
•    Meet deadlines and deliverables on time
•    Capable of working on multiple projects at a given time and execute quickly
•    Participate in Partnership Development & Activation planning meetings and prepare summary of action items as required
•    Ability to work within style guides to carry out the continuity of the Tampa Bay Lightning, USF Athletics, Identity Tampa Bay, and Amalie Arena brands throughout all collateral
•    Additional design projects could include but are not limited to: Season Tickets, Direct mail (postcards and brochures), Newspaper ads, Game Day Programs, E-mail marketing components, Internet (banners, pop-ups and other design elements), Promotional items, Internal communication pieces; E-mail campaign layout and design.
•    Think conceptually, understand brand strategy, and apply to all areas of projects
•    Prepare files for offset printing, digital output and FTP file transfer
•    Assist with department administrative functions as necessary (sending print-ready artwork to vendors, printing necessary documents)
•    Other duties as assigned by the Partnership Development & Activation and Marketing departments
Qualifications:
•    Strong graphic design and production capabilities, including at least two years’ experience as a Graphic Designer
•    Expertise using the Adobe Creative Cloud software (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator), and Microsoft Office
•    Strong technical proficiency working in a Mac environment
•    Flexibility in terms of handling a variety of assignments under tight deadlines while maintaining a strong focus on branding, consistency and quality
•    Excellent grammar, spelling, proofreading, and writing abilities
•    Independent, creative problem-solver
•    Highly organized, motivated and responsible with good time and project management abilities
•    A team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer service orientation
•    Strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a cross-team environment
