Job Description
A day in the life could look like:
• General HR Administration and Team Experience/ Relations
• Internal Recruiting and internal resourcing
• Internal livingHR employee experience manager/expert
• People appreciation gift coordination for internal team
• Provide amazing service to all internal and external stakeholders
• Internal IT assistance and first line of troubleshooting
• Onboarding (offer letters/consulting agreements, onboarding schedule coordination, systems set up, coordinating ordering technology, tech check meetings)
• Benefits administration and assisting internal team members
• Agency-wide vendor management, renewal tracking, and license management
• Payroll processing & payroll troubleshooting
• Insurance, applications, renewals, billing audits
• Client invoicing, Accounts payable and accounts receivable administrative support in partnership with our accounting partner
• Other general operations support as needed
• Be part of a team that is always willing to help and wear many hats
Qualifications
We'd love it if you:
• Want to make a difference in the lives of humans at work

• Offer excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and meaningful relationships
• Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources or related field
• Proven experience owning the recruiting onboarding function
• Experience working with records management tools and human capital management systems
• Ability to coach and mentor and work within a team environment
• Excellent project management skills with the proven ability to drive ideas into action
• Enjoy thinking strategically to align perspectives, voices, and opinions
• Well-organized and able to meet deadlines
• A good human who cares about all humans
