Description:
This team is supporting the team that is responsible for providing connectivity support, network support and workflow support for enterprise level copiers/printers and fax machines through a technical help desk environment. This position provides technical support on digital systems to both customers and end users.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Provide tier 1 phone support to end users and customers as well as Field Service agents and Sales representatives. The individuals on this team work closely with senior level engineers to support customers.
•Conduct and perform basic level support to internal and external end users, using established business systems such as incident tracking system, ACD, Remote Desktop, etc.
•Learn and understand the products and services. Candidates will need to successfully complete initial online and classroom training prior to working on those related issues.
•Perform technical evaluations and review the digital hardware and software being considered for sale or service.
Candidates will help develop technical training materials and instructions. They will also help and instruct Systems Engineers and Field Engineers when troubleshooting devices and internal software applications.
•Complete all administrative aspects of the job in a timely manner such as documentation and call completion tickets.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Candidates must posses an excellent customer service demeanor and as they will be working directly with KMBS external customers. Must be able to seek help from other DSC team members and take the customer through a path to resolution.
