Maintain and demonstrate an ongoing understanding of all Security processes, procedures and documentation.Understand Switch and Data’s processes and policies.Perform all SOC duties in a timely manner and with professionalism.Process inbound requests from customers, carriers, and our sites.Understand and utilize company resources such as, databases, software applications, and organizational structure.Ensure completeness and accuracy of the C-Cure database and CAAVS.Ensure completeness and accuracy of all reports.Open and track Security Issue Vendor trouble tickets.Assist with collection of data for Security Incident Reports.Escalate emergencies as needed to management personnel.Assist in the collection of data for Security Incident Reports for submission within 24 hours.Open and track Security Issue Vendor trouble tickets.Assist the Operation Asset Management (OAM) team as needed.Assist the Service Support Center (SSC) team as needed.
High School degree, some college highly desired1 to 2 years service in a centralized security industry / environment1 year in a technical support contact centerExcellent PC skillsProficient with Microsoft Office Suite Familiar with CCTV and Access system software and hardwareExcellent customer service skillsAbility to make timely decisionsProfessional phone etiquette and demeanorExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent leadership skills Employment Type: OTHER
