Job Title: Oracle HCM Cloud Developer
Job Location: Florida
Duration: 1 year+
Responsibilities:
Technical resource to provide development support of Oracle HCM Cloud.  Assist with integration and reporting solutions using Oracle tools.  Perform analysis, coordinate with other IT teams, and execute tasks to separate and purge HR/Payroll data on multiple platforms, systems, and databases.
Skills/Knowledge:
• Highly skilled in supporting Oracle Cloud solutions focused on HCM (Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Compensation, Recruiting, Performance & Goals)
• Strong experience with BI Publisher, OTBI, OBIE, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, User Defined Tables and Flex Fields in support of HCM report development and integration with external systems.
• Strong experience with SQL and PL/SQL coding; and ability to work on multiple Database platforms such as AS400, Mainframe, SQL Server
• Excellent understanding of relational database and data warehousing concepts.
• Deep understanding of data and information architecture discipline, processes, concepts, and best practices.
• Working understanding of ETL and Integration technologies (DataStage, MFT, SFTP, PGP encryption).
• Experience creating and maintaining functional and technical documentation for requirements and development.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
