As a Lending Services Support Rep. you are directly responsible for the administrative work to support central lending functions.
Lending Services Support Rep. Job Responsibilities:
• Perform any and all administrative processes as assigned in relation to any of the following areas: Funding, document review, loan funding and insuring liens secured on all collateral to include direct and indirect loans
• Process new and replacement credit cards with daily work flow to include name changes, disputes and lost/stolen reports
• Work with Triad (Mobile homes) members to ensure escrow and protection is in place
• Generates monthly reports of lending productions
• Perform in a call center environment. To include inbound and outbound calling in relation to anything that supports our sales and service culture
• Calls typically focus on dealer funding, title releases or lien satisfaction and welcoming new members
Lending Services Support Rep. Experience:
• Six months to two years of similar or related experience
• Call center experience preferred
• Customer service experience preferred
Lending Services Support Rep. Education:
• High School education or GED required
