Job Summary & Responsibilities
• In a moderately complex practice, oversees the utilization management and daily business operations of the physician practice at the facility.
• Possesses a clear understanding of the financial, operational, administrative and regulatory aspects of the facility.
• Ensures HIPAA compliance and Risk Management at the facility level.
• Oversees maintenance and purchasing for specific facility.
• Responsible for patient access to services, insurance contract verification, utilization management, charge entry, collections, clinical support management, quality improvement, referral relations, patient satisfaction, personnel management and problem solving.
• Acts as liaison to Director of Physician Services, Director of Clinical Quality and Compliance, and Director of CBO.
Office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, hours may vary.
Qualifications:
Education
• Required High School or Equivalent
• Or Bachelor’s Business
• Or Bachelor’s Healthcare
Experience
• 5 years healthcare management/supervisory experience with High School Diploma or equivalent;
• or 3 years healthcare management/supervisory experience with a Bachelor's Degree.;
