Dir Call Center Operations
Provides leadership and guidance to individuals and groups. Manages associate directors, assistant directors, and managers. Coaches and develops staff to enhance functional and leadership skills and expertise. Accountable for planning and evaluating performance, staff training and development, recruitment and may contribute to pay recommendations, subject to policies.
This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field and three to five years progressively more responsible experience in a comparable setting. Comprehensive knowledge of medical group practice organization, and management in the appropriate area. Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
