Description: About this Opportunity
Enterprise DevSecOps is seeking a Director with strong technical abilities to lead our self-service enablement function.  The successful candidate will be responsible to lead a team and define the Architecture and usage of products and services related to DevSecOps Transformation and Automation.  The candidate will provide solution guidance, organizational best practices, and oversight to the usage of DevSecOps and Automation services and related practices. Candidate will engage client technology and process leads to understand organizational challenges, opportunities, and the application of DevSecOps Transformation and Automation.
What You’ll Do:
• Drive DevSecOps Transformation and Automation solution design, architecture, and implementation with best practices and guidelines
• Define and implement DevSecOps Transformation and Automation architecture, taxonomy and standards of practice with governance committee
• Develop workflow or process for feature requests and enhancements
• Architect and document technical solutions that align with customer business objectives
• Facilitate the training and use of DevSecOps Transformation and Automation services
• Education and marketing on awareness and training of new standards and usage
• Lead and standardize support tasks like maintenance, troubleshooting, performance tuning, evaluating new tools, etc.
• Provide DevSecOps Transformation and Automation subject matter expertise in governance within Jira, technical discussions and tasks related to the introduction and implementation of new services, modules, integrations, etc.
• Develop capabilities to report on DevSecOps Transformation and Automation usage and adoption
Talents Needed for Success:
• Strong communication skills and ability to meet with clients, present to senior management and provide updates to regulators / supervisors
• Ability to lead a team of development and enablement staff
• Ability to work across teams to create partnerships that achieve organization goals, and passionate about building an innovative culture
• Strong critical thinking, communication and teamwork skills
• Minimum of 10 years of related experience, IT delivery and/or support.
• Experience communicating technology concepts to IT as well as Business Management
• Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle management & Agile
• Familiarity with Enterprise Infrastructure design standards for modular, secure and resilient applications to drive root cause analysis across the breadth of the enterprise
• Identify and implement efficiencies and improvements to IT Service Management standard processes and procedures
• Strong Knowledge and understanding of ServiceNow & ITSM
• Experience initiating Continuous Improvement Projects
• In-depth understanding of Jira and its use in agile project management
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Teams suite
