Job Requirement:
Project Manager/ Lead (ITIL Certified)
Responsibilities: Oversee the Production Stability team for the below activities:
• Understand the Production Incidents and identify trends and recurrences
• Document existing processes and resolution approaches to build knowledge repository (capture RCA, tactical & Strategic solutions)
• Formulate governance decks for senior management review on application stability
• Provide process improvement suggestions on Production Support activities
• Guide team on efficient methods of data collection for knowledge repository & governance decks
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Technical background (knowledge on database and ETL flows) is desirable to have.
