What you’ll be doing...
We’re looking for a growth oriented professional to bring passion, creativity and innovation to our growing Demand Marketing Team. As the Senior Manager of Digital Marketing for Verizon Business Group, you will be a critical driver in our effort to achieve pipeline and revenue goals. You will lead a multi-channel, multi-faceted team of Demand Generation Managers that is focused in an agile testing and learning environment. You and your team will develop a plan and engage resources cross-functionally to ensure a timeline is met and obstacles are overcome all the while uncovering net new opportunities to scale.
• Lead Demand Generation programs tailored to the mobility and business internet solutions, including setting strategy, developing marketing forecasts, evaluating appropriate budget allocation, and measuring results.
• Focus on defining audience and segmentation.
• Develop strategies for both acquiring and nurturing leads that drive awareness, consideration and purchase intent across all segments including email, webinars, partners, paid programs and virtual events, as examples.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on the target audience, its specific evolving needs, and when, where, how to best reach.
• Proactively partner with our sales teams and sales development managers to ensure seamless interactions for prospects.
• Ensure world-class quality of any marketing materials that are produced, including web content, webinars, events, white papers, ROI studies, ads, graphics, and videos.
• Drive a culture of innovation through the development of omni-channel campaigns, mentorship, and a keen understanding of the business
• Manage and mentor a world-class team of demand generation professionals to meet KPIs and revenue targets.
• Identify new revenue generating tests and growth opportunities for faster growth and incremental revenue streams.
• Communicate with marketing, executive staff, and sales management on an ongoing basis regarding new and nurtured lead performance results.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.
What we’re looking for...
You’ll need to have:
• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Six or more years of relevant work experience.
• Experience indemand generation or campaigns marketing with demonstrated lead, pipeline and revenue growth.
• People management experience, withorganization and professional development experience.
• Knowledge ofdemand generation methods, including creating a funnel, nurture strategies, digital, online, and paid media efforts.
• Experience with agency/vendor management.
• Willingness to travel.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
• A degree in business or marketing.
• Experience in business segments is preferred.
• Proven track record of acquiring customers and expanding brand presence through innovative strategies and execution.
• A person who looks beyond just the marketing domain to help drive analytical insights that help the company expand and target key market segments, drive pipeline velocity and contribute to the company’s overall go to market strategy.
• Experience in Strategic, Agile or Business Transformation projects
• Detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple projects for different stakeholders, often in rapid-response or high-pressure situations.
• Highly creative with a commitment to innovation and experimentation.
• Collaborative and open to developing new skills as needed.
