Position:              O365 Administrator (Locations

This section describes the primary /essential responsibilities that this job performs.
• Strong knowledge of state-of-the-art messaging and collaboration systems hardware, software techniques, and concepts including Exchange, Teams, Electronic Faxing, Web Conferencing
• Working knowledge of Scripting in PowerShell
• Working Knowledge of Biscom Fax Server
• Ability to troubleshoot complex routing issues within a cloud and on-premises solutions.
• Ability to troubleshoot and help solve problems utilizing log searches and email tracing.
• Document troubleshooting instructions
• Assist on hardware/software/security projects; ensure projects are completed on-time and within budget
• Manage issue tracking and status reports
• Achieve computer system objectives by gathering pertinent data; identifying and evaluating options; recommending a course of action
• Install, support, configure, evaluate, maintain, monitor, and analyze systems and software in a client network environment
• Perform application upgrades, security patching, and platform update
Job Qualifications
• Education – BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years’ experience with Office 365 and Microsoft Exchange (On-premises and Cloud)
• 5+ years of Microsoft Windows experience
• Ability to work within a team environment as well as independently
• Excellent written and oral communication and listening skills
• Exceptionally self-motivated and directed
• Good time management skills
• Strong background in Desktop Support
• Strong understanding of Group Policies
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, Windows
• Ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical addresses
• Ability to explain complex technical issues in a way that non-technical people may understand
• Strong knowledge of Windows Systems, Exchange, and Office 365
• Working knowledge of ITIL
