Kforce has a client that is seeking a Support Engineer in Tampa, FL. Essential Functions of the Support Engineer:
• 85% performing incident management (break/fix and requests) for 10-15 different clients
• 25% of this work is remote at home while 50% is at the client site; This involves travel where the center point is Tampa with a 35-50 mile radius
• 15% Project Work
• 4 years of experience with administration and advanced troubleshooting for Windows Desktop OS and desktop applications
• 1 year experience in deployment or assisting in deployment for projects for Windows Desktop OS and desktop applications
• 1 - 2 years of experience with basic administration and basic troubleshooting for Windows Server 2012+, VMware 6+, Fortinet/Cisco Network Products (Access points, Switches, Firewalls)
• Engineers that have previously worked for Managed Services providers are highly preferred but not required
