Administrative Assistant
Automation Personnel Services is looking for Administrative Assistants for a company based in Tampa, FL near the airport. In this job, you will be responsible for verifying, communicate and perform record keeping on incoming and outgoing aircraft and trucks.
Pay Rate:
$15.00 per hour
Schedule and Hours:
11:30 PM 7:30 AM Days off will be Tuesday and Wednesday
4:00 AM 12:30 PM Days off will be Monday and Tuesday
4:00 AM 12:30 PM - Days off will be Tuesday and Wednesday
4:00 AM 12:30 PM - Days off will be Wednesday and Thursday
Administrative Assistant Duties and Responsibilities:
Check in and out trucks and aircraft
Perform audits/ checks to ensure that no trucks are overlooked
Prepare Excel reports and send emails on ground cargo and air cargo shipments
Communicate shipment status, delays, and issues with management team.
Administrative Assistant Requirements and Qualifications:
1-year related experience
Intermediate to advanced computer skills with programs such as MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to stand for long periods and lift 30 pounds. (In office lifting assessment.)
